Return & Exchange
Our policy, The Original receipt is required for all returns and exchanged. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days calendar days of purchase. If in 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Sale items: All discounted items are final sale will not be return or exchange.
Online order 14 days of the date you receive your package. Items must be in original selling condition (new, unopened , unused , unwashed and unaltered) and it the original packaging with the tags attached, Any items showing signs of usage or opened packaging will not be accepted.
The buyer/claimant is responsible for shipping charges. Unfortunately, no manufacturer pays warranty shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Note: Shipping cost nonrefundable.
Late or missing refund
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
